Return Policy

All of our stair riser decals are made to order especially for you. We do not keep any stock of our items, which means we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges since we cannot resell them. 

We believe in making things right! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Our goal is to ensure you're happy with your product, so reach out and we'll figure out a fair deal that works for both of us.

Damages and Issues

Damaged, Defective, and Incorrect Orders
Every order is quality checked to make sure what you receive is exactly what you ordered. If you receive any item that is damaged in shipping, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will respond with the next steps to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Please note for packages damaged during transit will be replaced free of charge (No Refunds), however you MUST hold on to the damaged item and packaging as the insurance claim will require photos and physical box collection. 

 

 

Custom Products

Since each of our products is made to order, custom or personalized items cannot be returned. But if you have any concerns or questions about your specific item, feel free to get in touch with us, and we’ll see what we can do to help.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

While we don't offer traditional exchanges, we're happy to work with you to make sure you're satisfied. If there’s an issue with your product, reach out to us and we’ll find a solution together.
