Summary
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, refund, or replacement. Most of the time, we don’t require items to be shipped back — we’ll simply work with you to make it right.

Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include photos if damaged or defective.
- Custom, personalized, and sale items are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days. We may request photos of the product and packaging for insurance purposes. In most cases, we will send a replacement or issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
General Returns
Because our products are made to order, we typically do not require items to be physically shipped back. Instead, we provide a refund or replacement once your request is approved.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
