Summary
We ship all orders from Ontario, Canada using trusted carriers through our shipping partner, Stallion Express. This means your order may arrive via Canada Post, USPS, UPS, or another major carrier. Processing takes 3–5 business days, and you’ll always get tracking once your package is on the way.

Processing Times
All products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to print, cut, prepare, and carefully pack your order. Orders are shipped Tuesdays & Thursdays (excluding holidays).
Shipping Carriers
We use Stallion Express as our shipping partner. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered by:
- Canada Post
- USPS
- UPS
- Or another major tracked carrier
You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Locations
Currently we ship within Canada and the United States. If we encounter an issue delivering to your address, we’ll contact you right away with alternatives.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location. Average timelines are:
- Canada: 2–8 business days after dispatch
- USA: 3–10 business days after dispatch
- UK: 8–15 business days after dispatch
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Providing the wrong or incomplete address may delay your order.
Lost or Missing Packages
Most shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately. We’ll help you investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 14 days. Photos of the damage will help us file a claim with the carrier and provide you with a replacement.
