Fast, Tracked Shipping from Ontario, Canada

We proudly ship all orders from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada via Canada Post, UPS, or USPS, depending on your location.

While we can't be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, we’re here to help! If you experience any issues with shipping, feel free to reach out, and we’ll assist you in resolving the situation with the shipping carrier.


Processing Times

All our products are made to order, which means we need 3 to 5 business days to print, hand-cut, prepare, and pack your items to ensure they arrive safely.

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local holidays. Please note, we do not guarantee Saturday deliveries.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched and is on its way. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update, so don't worry if you don't see immediate progress.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada and the USA. If we encounter any issues shipping to your location, we will notify you immediately to find a solution.


Important Shipping Information

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping and billing information before placing your order to avoid delays. Incomplete addresses may delay processing times by a day or two.

Wrong Address

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided. We process and ship orders quickly, so there’s only a small window to make changes. If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.

Not Delivered

Most shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information shows the item was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us right away, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
